Refined and structured, with a clean, nutty finish and medium-sized pearls.

Kaluga Hybrid

Richer and more expressive, with larger pearls and a deeper, buttery profile.

Art Series

The Art Series represents a departure from continuity into expression. While the Signature Reserve is grounded in consistency, the Art Series is defined by moment, collaboration, and cultural interpretation.

Each release is produced in strictly limited quantities and presented as a collectible. The goal is not repetition, but distinction. Not permanence, but presence.

These selections may vary in origin, profile, and presentation, but they share a common intent — to position caviar not only as a consumable, but as a cultural artifact.

The inaugural Art Series release introduces a bold visual identity, contrasting the restraint of the Signature Reserve with a more expressive, contemporary aesthetic.

  • This first edition is limited to 100 units.

  • Each unit is individually marked.

  • No re-release will occur.

The purpose is not scale, but significance. Ownership becomes part of the experience — a reflection of participation in a specific moment within the Maison narrative.

The Pairing Philosophy

The chalk-rich minerality of GDD CHAPUY Oger Grand Cru Chardonnay meets the saline depth of caviar. The richness of the pearls is lifted by acidity, while the Champagne’s structure is grounded by texture. This interaction is not static. It evolves with each selection.

Oscietra emphasizes clarity, allowing the Brut Champagne’s minerality to take center stage. Kaluga introduces depth and weight, creating a more layered, immersive experience with the Rosé Champagne.
